A Journey Through Grief

Hello, my name is Becky and I am the founder of LOSS (Losing Our Sense of Self). One of the aims of LOSS is to increase awareness of the impact of grief so that the right support is available at the right time. Every person's journey through grief is unique; there is no right or wrong way to grieve. There is, however, support, encouragement, and opportunity to find strength amongst others to help you heal.

I hope this self-help guide will provide you with a starting point with helpful encouragement, coping strategies, support and guidance to ease your journey through grief so in time you can begin to re-build your life around the loss you have suffered; with renewed hope, understanding and a support network who care about your health and wellbeing.
